When was the last time you've seen a unique/new mandrel design?
 
These contrabassoon forming mandrels feature an acrylic, pentagonal handle and stainless steel mandrel pin. Numerous prototypes were tested, and this design came out on top.
It won't roll off a table and truly sits comfortably in the hand.
 
The stainless steel mandrel pin is CNC-machined, and is an amalgamation a of various contra mandrels in our collection (both vintage and contemporary). We particularly like the smaller tip.
 
Currently available in the blue/white wave color scheme.
